Domain investment Top expertise

Digital real estate, selected with discipline.

I acquire premium names, aged domains with clean authority, and brandable assets that deserve to be built on. Some are developed into properties of their own. Others are held, improved and sold to people who can put them to better use.

What I look for

A domain has to pass every one of these before I bid or make an offer.

Clean history

The domain's past use, ownership and backlink profile are checked thoroughly. Names with spam history, penalties or dubious links are passed over regardless of price.

Real demand

There must be a measurable audience for what the name suggests: commercial search volume, an obvious product category, or strong brand potential in a market that spends.

Earned authority

For aged domains, links must come from legitimate sources that would still make sense on a rebuilt site, not from expired networks or paid schemes.

A credible use

I can describe, before buying, what the domain will become and how it will earn. A name without a plan is a cost, not an investment.

The price makes sense

Acquisition cost is weighed against realistic development return or resale value, not against what the name might fetch in an ideal market.

Common questions

What types of domains do you acquire?
Mainly three kinds: memorable brandable names with commercial potential, exact-match names that align with real search demand, and aged domains with clean, honestly earned backlink profiles that can support a rebuilt property.
Do you sell domains, or only develop them?
Both. Some names are developed into properties I operate. Others are held and sold or leased to businesses that can put them to better use than I can.
How do you value a domain?
Comparable sales, search demand, the strength and quality of any existing links, brand potential and, importantly, what the domain could realistically earn if developed. I explain the reasoning behind any figure I give.
Can you help me choose a name for my business?
Yes. Naming advice considers memorability, spelling risk, trademark exposure and search behaviour, alongside what is actually available to buy at a reasonable price.
Will you assess a domain I'm thinking of buying?
Yes. Due diligence covers ownership history, archived content, backlink quality, penalty signals and whether the price is justified by a realistic plan for the name.

Have a domain to sell, or one you want to buy?

Send the name and a sentence about your intent. I reply to every serious enquiry, and I'll tell you honestly if a domain isn't a fit.
